Returns

Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item includes all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received
  2. The product shows only normal handling; damage caused by misuse or careless handling is not eligible
  3. Hygiene-sensitive products must be properly cleaned before return
  4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt
  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  6. Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or not in their original condition through no fault of our own.

How to Return Your Order

Include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)
  • Full name
  • Shipping address

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Important:

  • Do not send your return to the sender’s address
  • Always wait for return instructions from our team
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your cancellation will be completed once we have received the returned goods.

Important Notes on Cancellation

  • Orders are processed automatically and quickly after being placed
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
  • If your order is already in transit, please wait until it is delivered and then request a return

As our products may be shipped from international warehouses, delivery times may vary and are outside our direct control.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days after:

  • We receive the returned goods, and
  • Your withdrawal request has been confirmed

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse (international location).

  • Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost returns without proof of shipment
